Arleigh is a graduate of Boston University’s School of Hospitality Administration, where she cultivated a deep understanding of service, operations, and the art of creating exceptional guest experiences. Shortly after graduation, her sense of adventure led her to Australia, where she spent a year living in Sydney and traveling extensively throughout the South Pacific.

Upon returning to Philadelphia, Arleigh refined her leadership and hospitality skills as a restaurant manager before following her true calling into the travel industry in 2019. With experience spanning both luxury and value-driven travel, she brings a well-rounded, strategic approach to designing journeys that feel both seamless and deeply personal.
